Forgive the Mess

Private Investor Access

Invest in work that gives more than it takes.

Forgive the Mess is built around transparent pricing and an anti-profit operating model: the business exists to pay people well, keep property care honest, and make service work more stable, respected, and meaningful in the community.

Investment capital supports payroll, equipment, training, and the systems that let crews do excellent work without being squeezed. Service revenue goes first to employees, then business expenses, then investors. Excess revenue goes toward CapEx savings and cash reserves. If those targets are hit, profit-sharing distributions are paid to qualifying tenured employees. If excess funds remain, the owner may be retroactively compensated up to an average of $576.93 per pay period. Pricing is public. Growth is measured by better jobs, stronger service, and cleaner places for the people who live and work here.
